Marvel Releases Trailer for Live-Action Series ‘Agatha All Along’
During Disney’s D23 Expo, fans were treated to an exciting new trailer and key art for Marvel’s upcoming live-action series 'Agatha All Along', set to stream on Disney+.
The series brings back fan-favorite Agatha Harkness, played by Kathryn Hahn, who was last seen stirring up trouble in 'WandaVision'. This time, Agatha embarks on a mysterious journey, full of challenges and magical intrigue. Directed by 'WandaVision' showrunner Jac Schaeffer, the series promises to deliver the same mix of suspense, humor, and supernatural thrills.
According to the official synopsis, Agatha finds herself stripped of power after being freed from a spell by a curious goth teen. Desperate to regain her strength, Agatha is drawn to the Witches' Road, a magical gauntlet that promises to restore what a witch is missing—if they can survive the journey. Together, Agatha and her young ally gather a coven and head off on this perilous adventure.
Alongside Kathryn Hahn, the star-studded cast includes Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Okwui Okpokwasili, Debra Jo Rupp, Patti LuPone, and Aubrey Plaza. The series is executive produced by Marvel bigwigs Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Mary Livanos, and Jac Schaeffer, with direction from Schaeffer, Rachel Goldberg, and Gandja Monteiro.
Mark your calendars! The first two episodes of 'Agatha All Along' drop on Disney+ on September 18th at 6 pm PT/9 pm ET, and based on the trailer, it looks like it’s going to be a wild, witchy ride.
D23 Expo is Disney’s ultimate fan event, offering sneak peeks and major announcements for upcoming Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars projects. This year’s event was held in Anaheim, California, at the Anaheim Convention Center and Honda Center.
