The chaos-loving Mogwai are back! 'Gremlins 2: The New Batch' has just dropped its official trailer, giving fans a sneak peek at the mischief headed to San Francisco and the American West. This Max original animated prequel series is gearing up for its second season, with part one set to premiere on October 3rd.

In an exciting addition to the cast, Simu Liu joins the stellar lineup for season two. He’ll be alongside fan-favorite returning voices like Ming-Na Wen, James Hong, BD Wong, Izaac Wang, AJ LoCascio, Gabrielle Nevaeh, and George Takei. 

But that’s not all—the season also promises an array of exciting guest stars, including John Glover, reprising his role as the quirky billionaire Daniel Clamp from 'Gremlins 2: The New Batch'. Other notable guest appearances include Michael Paul Chan, Ronny Chieng, Keith David, Will Forte, Kelly Hu, and Jimmy O. Yang, adding to the star-studded roster.

'Gremlins The Wild Batch' is set to return with even more magical mayhem! Picking up one year after the events of season one, the new season follows Gizmo, Sam, and Elle as they journey from Shanghai to San Francisco, bringing their Mogwai mischief to the American West. This time, the trio is on the trail of a brand-new brood of evil Mogwai, and their adventure is packed with mystery, magic, and supernatural creatures. Along the way, they’ll meet some intriguing new characters as they try to stop the chaos.

Produced by Amblin Television in collaboration with Warner Bros. Animation, 'Gremlins: The Wild Batch' has an all-star production team behind it. Steven Spielberg returns as an executive producer, along with Amblin Television presidents Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey. Sam Register, president of Warner Bros. Animation and Cartoon Network Studios, also serves as executive producer. Tze Chun continues as the showrunner and executive producer, with Brendan Hay joining as an executive producer. Michael Chang and Dan Krall serve as supervising producers, while Joe Dante, the mastermind behind the original 'Gremlins' films, returns as a consulting producer.

With such a powerhouse team and an exciting new storyline, fans of the series are in for a treat!
