Technicolor Group Appoints Marc-Antoine d’Halluin as New Chairman

Technicolor Group has just named Marc-Antoine d’Halluin as the new chairman of its board of directors, following a meeting on May 23, 2024. In his new role, d’Halluin will work closely with CEO Caroline Parot to help drive the company’s three-pillar strategy, which focuses on talent, technology, and expanding services.
A veteran of the media industry with a wealth of international experience, d’Halluin is expected to play a key role in steering Technicolor through its next chapter of creative and technological advancements in an ever-evolving market. His background in leading companies through pivotal transformations makes him an ideal fit to push Technicolor forward.
“I’m honoured to join Technicolor Group and excited to work with its talented teams to continue delivering innovative solutions and world-class content to clients across the globe,” said d’Halluin. “With the industry undergoing rapid change, the opportunity to chair this company is thrilling. I’m confident Technicolor has the assets and strengths to capitalize on opportunities in multiple sectors and regions.”
D’Halluin brings extensive leadership experience from his time in top roles at major media companies. Most recently, he was vice chairman of Asacha Media Group, which he co-founded in 2020 and later sold to Fremantle Media in 2024. He’s also served as CEO of MBC Group, where he led the company’s successful push into SVOD in the Middle East, and as chairman of the M7 Group, where he guided its shift to OTT before selling the company to Vivendi.
With d’Halluin at the helm, Technicolor seems poised to seize new opportunities and strengthen its position in the fast-changing world of media and technology.
